The stairs wind their way up to the first floor via a half landing. To the right is the first of three bedrooms all finished with white walls and wool carpets.

A double bedroom with simple birch veneer wardrobes provides all the storage space you could possibly want. The views are just as fantastic as downstairs overlooking this area of outstanding natural beauty. 

When specifying the bathrooms we focused on the quality of finish. The limestone flags and matching tiles on the wall provide a clean, crisp base for the large walk in Matki shower. A rounded double ended bath and matching basin add to the feel of luxury.

Returning to the landing the second bedroom has twin beds that can easily be pushed together to create a double. The lighting, as in all the rooms is provided by wall washers illuminating the exposed ceiling timbers. The second bathroom provides a bath with shower over, basin and WC.

The third bedroom is the largest and is set out with both a double bed and day bed. Throughout the house we have taken advantage of the timber frame leaving exposed as much of the wood as possible. Bathroom 3 has a large shower, basin and WC that match the quality of bathrooms 1 and 2.
