St. John's View is available to let throughout
the year. Prices range from £500 to £1,100
per week, according to season. The price is
inclusive of heating, electricity, linen and
towels. Please fill in the table below and we
will aim to confirm pricing and availability
within 24 hours.

2008 Rates - The following rates will apply:

Mar 1st to April 26th - £500 per week except school holiday weeks and
Easter weeks where the price increases to £750.
May 3rd to July 12th - £750 per week (Full)
July 19th to August 30th - £1,100 per week (Full - except w/c 30th Aug)
September 6th to September 27th - £750 per week
October 4th to December 20th - £500 per week except half term week
where the price increases to £750.
Christmas and New Year Weeks - £1,100 per week

Please note, changeover day is Saturday (depart no later than 10am,
arrive no earlier than 3.30pm) a mid week change of linen and towels is
available at a supplement of £55.

2009 Rates - We will be opening booking and publishing rates for 2009 by
